This product seems to work well, it’s kind of hard to tell though. I do feel mentally alert and like my brain is working well and efficiently at work all day, but I know the placebo effect can be very real too. This is definitely on the pricier side for a brain supplement, but it could definitely be worth it. Pills are easy to swallow, don’t have any taste, and I haven’t noticed any negative side effects.

I probably will use this collapsible ice bowl to hold a bowl of potato salad, dip or coleslaw at a party. It would be easy to fold it flat and then pop it up when you’re ready to use it. It would also make a very convenient animal watering dish. I love that. It is dishwasher and freezer safe. The material seems very durable.

I add water to the basin the night before and put it in the freezer. The next morning, I just take it out, shake it and add water. It is a great tool for me to remove edema.

I love that this is collapsible - It's so much easier to store. You first fill it with water, freeze it, then take it out the next day and add water to use it. Sometimes I add some lemon or cucumber to mine for a more cooling effect.
